T.P Realty Owner/Manager Travis Parsons was absolutely amazing in my recent property sale at North Maclean, I met Travis around six years ago whilst visiting a friend of mine and enquired about the value of my house and ten acre property and was very impressed with the quick reply and price.I listed my house and acreage with Travis on 17th of August 2023 with the first open house on Saturday the 19th, Travis had a buyer signed up 10 days later at the price I was after. He achieved this price after negotiating with the buyer doing an excellent job. Whenever I tried to contact Travis he always answered his phone and on the very odd occasion when he was busy he would call me back within 15 minutes without fail. He also put me onto a great Solicitor, Pool fence inspector and Fire alarm installers.I found T P Realty's Commission to be very reasonable and the whole sale from day one until settlement couldn't have gone any smoother.
